Every time I place an order with your company you tell me my membership has expired. Why can't you let customers know this ahead of time? If I did not want /need these items I would not have ordered them. I am definitely going to start looking elsewhere from now on.

I was having a bit of a hard time using a free shipping code. I tried several different ones from Retailmenot.com, and finally found one that worked. It kind of seemed like the discounted total did not want to process through the PayPal processing.?
