Item on back order from June 14,2020
It finally arrived. I won't be able to check it out until July 20 due to not being home.
I love the products< but everything I went to order is already out of stock with no date on things returning.
Was a great shopping experience.
No problems, products arrived today. Shoes ok, solar security not yet installed.

Not a true fit.
My order took 3 weeks to get here. At one point it was entirely lost with no shipping information, luckily I did receive the crystal light pulls (which did come timely but broke upon first use) and the shelf. The shelf box was so battered when I opened it the screws came flying out, and the top of the one side of the shelf is so far bent you cant get the basket to screw into it. 6 screws were missing (nothing a quick trip to the hardware store wont fix, not to mention I cant use the top shelf anyway which is 4 screws alone the other 2 went to holding the top and bottom pieces together) I didnt realize the first "payment" you make is just an authorization and literally took all of 5 days to be put back on my card.the order also has a pair of clogs that were on back order and have just recently shipped. Hopefully they will be better. Sadly I wont be using collections etc. Again.
Alittle smaller in size than I thought it would be.

One of the rugs was folded and hard to make flat on the floor, causing trip hazards.

An item backordered, but haven't heard anything about it. Will they return money to Pay Pal or will I have a credit on account if not received?
I love the price and I have never had a problem receiving any items. They are always just what I ordered.
