I FIND IT IS VERY EASY TO USE YOUR ONLINE SITE.
When I received my original order, there were two items missing and there was an item that I had not ordered in the box. I called right away. The service rep apologized and she took the two items that were not in the box and reordered them. She said to keep the square pan that was in the box even though I asked where to return it. It was for the inconvenience. About a week later I received one of the two items that were reordered. It was the blind I had ordered. I have never received the second snore mask that I originally ordered. I do like your products, so hopefully the department that packs the orders might be a little more careful when packing to make sure the order is correct.
I like shopping at Collections - On Line. Have been pleased with their merchandise.

You have very nice things for great prices. Loved looking through everything you have to offer. Something for everyone! Unfortunately one item was not in box (but receipt was initialed next to item...and another item that was received- the receipt had that item highlighted with a zero next to it). So I guess they highlighted wrong item. I did call customer service and missing item was sent to me. Thank you.
