I felt it was misleading of your company to offer 15% off my order just to get my email address, and then not allow free shipping on orders of $45. I feel both should be honored, but if not the customer should be informed on your home page before ordering even begins!

I haven't ordered from Collections Etc in years because the shipping & handling fee is so excessive. There was an offer for free shipping for orders over $30 so I ordered. I was very pleased with the items I received. I would probably order from Collections again if they offered free shipping, otherwise, I would not, as sometimes the shipping fee is half the price of the item(s) ordered. I am a member of Amazon Prime, which offers free shipping, so I order 99% of my purchases from them...hint, hint.
