I sent an email detailing the poor packing and the resulting damaged product. I have had no response to that email.

The experience with Collections ETC was an awesome and enjoyable one. There were many options to consider before final approval. Not to mention, the prices extended was far better than I even imagined.

Disappointed in the sheet set quality. Material is very flimsy, thinner than hankerchief material.

There should be no processing fee.

Hard to find what you need even when you use the search box
