When shipping is free, there should not be a separate processing fee. That is very misleading...

The website is easy to work with, you had what I needed for Christmas gifts in stock and some of the items were on sale. One problem was that once I had placed the order, I found that two of the items that had been there, were somehow deleted. I then had to place a second order and pay a second handling fee. Not what I wanted to do but I really wanted the items for Christmas and knew no one else had them. Otherwise, the items look great and am looking forward to giving them as gifts this Christmas.

I had to return what I had ordered for a refund. The parts were not properly matched,
So the shelves would not fit together (does not line up with the holes). They also did not
Fit the area where I wanted to put them, which is why I asked for a refund rather than
A replacement.
