Ive always been very happy with the quality of the items I have ordered from Collections.
I have placed several orders and had problems with all of them. I'm not sure why I still order but most of the stuff I have gotten I love. I tried to send emails but didn't get a response. One of the fairy solar lights didn't work ever. The baseball hat led light was charged to me but I didn't receive it. There were a couple other issues but I can't think of what they were without looking for the paperwork and I don't have time.
I have enjoyed Collections website and bargains for several years. This order was not totally correct, one size even showed the order was large, but extra large was received. Quality on two items was not what I have received in the past.
Will come back.
Reading reviews very helpful. People tell it like it is...do you read them? For instance the snowman, cardinal thermometer stakes. Did someone really look at them before your put them in your catalog. Looking for better quality before I'll spend the money.

I was sent the wrong item, Collections made it good and I got to keep what they sent wrong. What I ordered was OK but did not look like to item in the book. It still worked! I am satisfied with the results.
