I like the variety and low price of the items offered. I shop your site frequently. This Oct. 26 order was missing the (2) sage green sheer tie up shades, but I called customer service and they are being shipped.

The site was very easy to move through. I am not sure about the rebate. Product box was in bad shape but is ok.

I have enjoyed all the products purchased so far. Everything is good quality merchandise and I am pleased with customer service and delivery times.

Collectionsetc is great! I have always had a good experience with them. And if I have a problem with one of my purchases...which is seldom. They are fast to help me out/

We live 20 miles from the post office. The tracking always says Federal Express, but it shows up at the post office. Then I have to go pick it up. There is a FED EX Box by our mailboxes in Forbes Park, CO. I still cannot understand why FED EX won't put our packages in the huge box provided for our residents.

I love Collections Etc. as everything I have ever ordered for many years has been exactly perfect and usually something I can't buy in the stores.
