Like your decorations

I like the items I ordered and love holiday decorations which looks nice but are affordable.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received when I called in about a missing item from my order. They sent me a replacement very quickly.

It's easy and affordable.

All went well till I saw you sneakily tack on a $2.25 processing fee onto the 99-cents shipping. Don't like that. It's a crummy thing to do. I wanted the wreath so went ahead and made the purchase will not sure will return to CollectionsEtc. Because of that fee.

I ordered what i wanted at a good price for a co worker but i was looking for more MLB like Red Sox but didn't see what i wanted

Easy to order. Only negative is even tho you offer free shipping, you still charge a processing fee. But with your great prices, it is still a good value.
