I have been a Collections customer now for several years and very satisfied with the items and prices. Their service is very satisfying.

I love getting the Collections ETC. catalog. Every item is displayed beautifully and items I have ordered are of good quality and as displayed in their catalog. Would definitely order from Collections ETC. again and again.

I got lost on the ordering since I did not start as a member.

Am I signed up to be a member? I just paid for one year so how do I know I am a member? I have not put in a password yet.

A little tricky to navigate the order form...but delivery was quick and the items were exactly as I expected. I am pleased with my order.

Shopping was fun. Checking out was terrible. Asked for my email address when I entered it said it did not match my info. This is the only. Email I have ever had. Tried to sign up for gold membership. Would not allow me. Said it would send me an email with password. Never got it. Then said it could not send it because it already did. Correct email. *******@aol.com.

Fairly simple process

The candle holders were too large and would topple with candles in them, however, not worth paying return shipping. I'll donate them someplace.

Wish you still had the rugs I ordered a year ago. They were cheaper and the color I wanted.

It lights up beautifully if charged in direct sunlight. I have a shady porch so I have to actually move it outside to have the sensor in the sun. I does have that 6 ft. Cord, but it isn't long enough for me.
