The first time I ordered I had a hard time with the representative understanding me as I tried to order which is why I received an item I never ordered. Plus I asked her to apply my 10% off coupon at the end of my order. She said she couldn't cause she sent it through already. I don't know why she did it so fast not knowing I was done. It took a long time for her to take the order cause I had to always repeat myself. She had a strong Latin accent. It wss very annoying. Not to mention I couldn't get my 10 % off either. However I continued to make 2 more orders following. I recently mailed back the item I received by mistake. It's a extra wide scale which I was charged nearly$50.00. Please see I get a full refund also. I'm returning about 4 more items also since some came at different times. So it was difficult to find the correct slips that went with each item. And waiting for a return package slip from your company. Please see that I don't get charged for shipping on that extra wide scale I did not order. Thank you very much. I hope to hear back regarding the refunds too.
