I like ordering from you, it's very easy except for once you are thru ordering, it's a little confusing getting to the next step. It could be easier, but over all your website is great. A couple of the products I received were defective. The battery cover on the bells wouldn't come off...the screw was stripped. The lights on the gift box centerpiece won't turn off at all, so the batteries go dead very quickly. Not real happy with that. Everything else was good.
