Shopping was easy and checkout was Just as fast and easy.
The initial ordering process was quick & easy, but the order confirmation was delayed due to your ordering system being overloaded. My order was to include 2 promos - free shipping and discounted prices. When my confirmation was received, neither of these promos were included. After 2 separate requests, I ultimately received both promos.

It's is quite confusing about the amount after applying the coupon code. Also, I'm supposed to get a 15% off if I register as a preferred customer, but that doesn't appear to have been applied, either. I want the product, though, so I am willing to overlook the issues.

The items were easy to find and the order form was efficient and easy to follow. I didn't received the correct order to begin with, but it was rectified and sent to me correctly the second time. Very good personal service.
When I made my purchases I entered a code for free shipping. At that time I got a message that shipping and taxes would be updated later due to high volume at the time. When I got my final billing it did not include free shipping. At that time I did send an email with this info. But was still billed for shipping on my credit card.

The items I received were as expected. I always have a good experience when shopping at collections.
I have yet to be truly disappointed with items purchased from CollectionsEtc. Most have been of quite decent quality at a very wonderful price. This last shipment did not have all items in it that were requested though the accompanying packing slip indicated every thing had been shipped. I contacted customer service, the voice on the other end apparently needed convincing that indeed only two of the requested items were shipped. Finally convinced, the last item has now been sent out to me.
