Very disappointed in the "processing fee" which appeared at the last minute. I almost decided not to order; after all, filling orders is your business. I really wanted one of the items so relented.

The promos are misleading...free shipping BUT then cost to process &, the 15% off for giving out my email cannot be applied to sale items but they do not tell you this until you GIVE them your email TRUST is important if there is a sense of scam you will not see me again...
