I was online ordering and a code for free shipping was offered. By the time I finished entering my information I got a message that the offer had expired! When you are already in the process of ordering it would only be fair that the offer would still be available.

My online experience was very good. It was easy to locate the items I wished to order. Since the items are Christmas decoration & lights, I have not used them but I checked them out and they came in good condition & they work.
Initially could not access your site for two days to place an order due to a glitch with pop up screen to add my email address to get the 15% discount. Was able to access this morning. Would have liked to get both discounts though, the 15% AND Free shipping offer, LOL. Just sayin'. Hope the products ordered are nice. Time will tell. First time ordering.
Update 11/27 Received order but did not include 2 products I ordered, and did include two products I did NOT order. Called and asked for a label to print to return the unwanted, unordered products, and request that the FLEX SEAL I did order be sent immediately, since 1) it was paid for and 2) it was time sensitive as I needed to use it before the expected weather change and freeze. Rep wanted me to first return the two items sent in error before they mailed out the items that I did order. Really? I assured her I didn't want or need two Horse wind chimes and would surely be returning them immediately *which I have done, but did not think I should have to wait for her to receive those before she mailed out what I had already paid for but had not received due to their error. She put me on hold, and said she would process the correction and they would ship in two days, and I would get them in 5-7 days. Still waiting.
