I don't like that you give a great deal on the shipping charge BUT then add a processing fee to take back part of the deal.
It's fine, except that the more I buy the higher my shipping costs are and even when you offer a lower shipping cost, you still tack on a Processing fee.
I love collections,etc and ordering on line is another plus

I was a little concerned that the billing price of my order did not reflect the sale price of the item in the catalog I was ordering from. Catalog price was 16.99, billing price was 19.99. Other than that, the experience was as I expected, which is why I continue to order from Collections Etc.
I received the item I ordered and was still disappointed that the billed price was the $19.00 instead of the $16.99 listed in the catalog. WHY bother to make the $19.99 - NOW $16.99 catalog printing if you do not intend to honor what it advertises? I see no expiration sale date other than "Offer expires on 12/26/16" on the free shipping (which I did not qualify for.)
