Everything went nice and easy.
I received my products but I need to return the two tops I got but I don't have any paperwork to do that. Please advise as to how I can return them and replace them for 2 different products.

L wish the photo of the product would come down after it is sold out. My overall experience with Collections.com is that they deliver a product that looks like the photo in the catalogue and product is received in a timely fashion.

It was easier to place an order this time than when I've place one before. Thanks. The quality of the merchandise I ordered doesn't seem to be as good as previously ordered. The Seahawks gloves were once again a disappointment.

I have trouble checking out when using paypal. I click to submit the order after going to paypal and it does nothing. Today I had to check it several times to get it to take. A lot of times I just give up and leave the site!

This website is very affordable and sometimes offers products that I can't find elsewhere. However, the buyer should still beware that the products are a hit or miss. My experience has been that most of the products work exactly as advertised, although they may not last as long as I was hoping ( a couple of years), but you get what you pay for, as the saying goes. And some things, like the seat belt adjuster last forever. Unfortunately, I've ordered a couple of products were pieces of crap and not worth the cost to ship them back. It's at these times that I find myself exceedingly frustrated that Collections Etc. does not offer free shipping on returns.
I love the products and ease of shopping. You do need to allow the option of allowing a customer to opt out of daily emails. They load up my email! I would prefer weekly at minimum.
One other suggestion - Most of the lovely ladies tops i ordered are very long. It would be nice to get a petite size option.
