I have not recieved my order yet, so I cannot rate the merchadise that I ordered, but Collections Etc. has fantastic customer service! Customer Service is very impportant to me and they excell at it.

One of my items was missing from my order, I had to contact customer service to inform them and wait for the item to ship which was another week or so. This held up my mailing out Christmas gifts to family out of state

I like the Collections products. The items have not been used, they are gifts.

Lots of great stuff, almost too many things. Search could be better. The items were of better quality than expected, just lovely.

I liked the products that I ordered, but I was missing the 12" frying pan and I was sent and extra item that I didn't purchased.

If I wasn't satisfied with ordering from here I wouldn't be here ordering.

So bedspread was cheap materials especially backing, arch was cheap materials also, very thin plastic on frame, won't last more than one year probably. Other items I've ordered have been better quality.
