I was very please with the items I purchased. The elastic bed skirt is so easy to put on & take off, unlike what I had in the past, where I would have to remove the mattress then needed help to put the mattress back on without moving the bed skirt where I wanted it to stay.

I received my order quicker than I thought. Two of the items are for gifts, so I have not opened them, however as far a quality it should not be a problem. I trust in Collections that if returns are necessary there will be no problems. Great shopping!

I was offered 10% off, and submitted my email address. The coupon never came through. I tried again, and was told I had already submitted my email address and I didn't qualify for the 10% Disappointed. Ordered anyway. The order came. I received some items of the wrong color, an item I didn't order at all, and 4 items were backordered. When I went to your web page to print the return label for some of the items I received, I could not locate the place on the website where I could print a return label. I called. Customer Service is closed during COVID. So I sent an email on Friday, July 17, which was to be answered in 48 hours. It's Wednesday/ No answer. Yesterday I called the order phone number to talk to SOMEbody. I was on hold for 25 minutes, talked to a live person who said she would transfer me to customer service, and I wound up back in the queue waiting for n order taker. PLEASE have someone call me and tell me how to get a return label so I can get a partial refund. *******244.
I ordered a variety of items- all very nice and reasonably priced. Delivery wasn't bad either especially given the demand of online ordering during the pandemic. The massage mat was my least favorite item. It's warm and relaxing, but it doesn't work out the kinks or knots. The air fryer is the favorite! So many different items to choose from. I'm already placing a new order!

Answer: Not sure if you have already resolved this or not but customer service email fir collections etc is [email protected] They are very helpful and promptly replied to me when I emailed them. (Within less than 2 hours on a Sunday, they replied to me.)
