I am every happy of what I had order.

Everything seem to be fine. Since I could not see the mantle scarf off the mantle, it was hard to tell how much was on the top to hold it on the mantle and /or needed to be weighed down. It seems that it will work out fine, but I have not tried putting it up yet.

This is my second year shopping with collections. The prices are very reasonable for the quality merchandise. I've been very satisfied with my purchases. Try to not have to return anything! You will have to pay to return the item.

Love you having customer reviews. That helps greatly. I got confused however on the discounts that can be applied. One was 15% for signing up and the other was free shipping. When I went to apply for free ship, it deleted the 15% one. Had to use backspace to gain it back. A note should be on the order form where you apply discount code that you're only allowed one discount per order. If it's there I didn't see it.

Very easy. Product was what I expected and was packaged very nicely with very little chance of breakage.

So far so good. Ordering online was quick and easy. I did have a print catalog that I used to confirm color choices. The items came just as I was expecting. I read the reviews for the mittens and ordered the larger size and I'm glad that I did.
