I purchased a set of waterproof chair pads. However, as it turned out they were not waterproof and when a liquid was spilled on it it went thru and onto the pillow underneath. I called customer service and complained and was told to send the item back at my expense ($11.99) the item cost $11.49. When I told the the rep no it will cost more to send it back than the amount of the item she said not to send it back and I will receive a voucher for the amount of the item,I couldn't get a credit on my credit card. I will never shop at Collections again,they took my credit card for the purchase but, I can not get a credit or defective merchandise, how is that fair?

I had no issue with the ordering, shipping, receiving process. I was slightly disappointed in the quality of what i got. I ordered a bedspread with a pattern in the center in a queen-size. The pattern was off center. It looked like the pattern was fort a double bed and they just added extra inches to one side. I had to place it on my bed with extra overhand on the one side to it looked right on the bed.
The lawn caddy is very flimsy. It keeps wanting to topple over once the lawn tools were inserted. If definitely needs to be secured to a wall.
Easy and quick. I think you should offer free shipping on orders over $50.00 most places I order from do that.
