I have never had any issues with Collections Etc. Great company and great service.
I usually do not have a problem with this company orders are usually correct and delivered time is great but this last order they sent me 2 of the same tee shirt which was suppose to be a Chevrolet truck and a corvette tee but I got 2 truck shirts
My daughter ordered an arrangement of flowers for my 85th Birthday with expedited shipping to arrive ON OR BEFORE July 8th. It never arrived.
She paid the standard shipping plus the extra shipping and the handling to ensure this arrived before the end of the day on July 8th.
She then contacted Collections Etc every single day to make sure this was at my door before my Birth DAY ended. It has NOT!
My daughter received a ridiculous $12 refund, which I believe is terrible!
I would never do business this way or treat customers in this fashion, not at all.
At my age and my wok history which is nearly a century now, I have never failed to return a simple phone call or message from customers.
I don't know what kind of business you are running there, but I will be recommending for my friends (and I have a lot in 85 years) NOT to deal with Collections INC at any point and time.
A simple $16 order Plus shipping, Plus additional shipping PLUS handling/ more shipping charges making her order of $42 for a $16 product I never received anyway!
Horrible way to run a "business" or it sounds like a scam selling products without actually delivering them. Shame on you.
No problems found with finding merchandise in the catalog to online catalog.
I am very pleased with my items from collections. They arrived packaged well. I know with the virus, things don't ship as fast as they usually do. My only suggestion is an update on the shipping process. Thank you

It was quick to navigate and there were items I was interested in.
Good experience,reasonably fast shipping
Could not print out return labels. Could not get on history review of certain orders. Called for two days to get customer service. When customer service was finally reached, the person was rude and could not be understood. A second time when customer service was called, left message to be called back. There was no call back. We are waiting yet for some orders to come. Yes, ordered more even though we had problems described above. We are happy with most of the items. Some of which are gifts.
It's fast and easy to order what you need, or like. Prices are not to bad.I like what I get.
