I have tried at least 20 time to log in to my acct. My email address & password comes up automatically. I even went in like I forgot my email or password, so you sent it to me & it was right in the first place. I still can not log in. I may have placed some of my order twice. I finally tried to checkout as a guest & finally made it. You have a real problem at cust. Serv. I sent 2 emails & the problem was never really addressed.
I love Collections, Etc.! Website is easy to navigate with good selection of products at reasonable prices. Especially like the free shipping offers but wish there was not a processing fee (other online retailers do not usually have this added charge).
Placing order was easy. Just hope I get it. Last year I placed an order In November had confirmation number but when I called to see what happened to it they said they never received an order. Never had trouble before with Collections. Received all my orders this time. In all the years I've been ordering from them I only received two things that didn't work. I never sent them back. I would have to pay shipping and a trip to the post office so just didn't bother. On the whole I have been satisfied with everything I order.
