The swag lights we paid $16.99 each, the lights did not work on one and the other one now the lights just stay red. Very Very Disappointed!

On order #******* placed on 11/8/16, the order was complete except for #******* was not included. ON order #******* which was placed by mistake the same day, I received duplicates: #*******, *******,*******, *******, and 2 #******* of which I didn't order. Also on that invoice were 2 #******* which were not in the order received but I was charged for them. I returned on order #******* - #*******, *******,*******, and 2 -#******* that wasn't ordered. I received credit for #*******, *******,*******, I did not receive credit for the 2 - #******* which were not sent, so I couldn't return them. I did not receive credit for the 2 - #******* that were not on the invoice but were in the order, I did not return #******* as it was ordered on the first order but not sent until it was sent on the #******* order. I kept that one. As close as I can figure I still have a credit coming between #******* which I kept, the 2 - #******* which I didn't receive and the return of 2 - #******* that I didn't order but returned. If you would please check this and see what your records show, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

I purchased fleece lined tights as a gift. The price was very good, and I received email updates on the status of my order.
The website is easy to use. The product I ordered seems to be the perfect gift for each of my two granddaughters who have performed in the Nutcracker for the past 15 years. I give them a different Nutcracker each year.
