I picked up my package at my local post office after receiving an e mail stating that it was delivered. I thought it had been lost.

I have been ordering from Collections Inc.for many years and have had no problem with any aspect of ordering or receiving merchandise. I have always been very satisfied. I did have a problem with the first solar gutter light I received. It didn't have a bracket in the package to install the light. I called customer service and explained the situation to the gentleman who answered. He said he would send me a replacement. He told meI did not have to return the original light with no bracket in the package. The original purchase was $12.99. I received the replacement this past week and I was charged $12.99 for the replacement so I called customer service again and was told that the $12.99 on the replacement packing slip would be put back on my credit card. Collections, Inc's customer service is great.
Nice promotion, but kind of deceiving. "Free shipping", but when ordering there was a processing fee.

Very complex check-out. When you click on "Paypal" you should immediately be able to "checkout" and "place order" automaatically. Not the case on your site! Took 2 customer service calls and agents to help

You charged me without taking off my 10%. Then I finally got that and then you charged me for shipping that was suppose to be free. Took 5 tries before it was finally right
The turquoise bracelet had a stone that had come loose. Fortunately, it was still in the packaging. Rather than "complain," I glued it back in but don't know how it will hold as I haven't worn the bracelet yet.
It was easy to see all the Christmas merchandise. It is so easy to order on line. You have great Christmas items to choose from. Thank you so much for the quick delivery.
