I love the merchandise I ordered. It was everything I had expected. The shopping experience was great and check out was a breeze.
Fist of all my order box was lwft at our neighbors house and was out in the weather -(rain-snow) from Monday till Wed evening when the neighbors realize there was a box beside their front porch under their Christmas tree which had fell over. Then when I opened one of the items that required batteries it was missing a part that the battery connects to to make it work. So I had to send it back. I went to your web site and printed a return label. I took it to the p.o. Like it said to do. Then the next day I called to tell you that I was returning a box and that I had it in the mail and the lady I talked to got very upset with me saying I was not suppose to just send it back. That it has to be a special way. I told her I did like the invoice said to do and she still kept saying I did it wrong. I do not even know whether I will get my money returned for this item.
Have ordered be for and found everything in good order. But this order there were some issues, I ordered mens gloves in brown. And womens in Black but when we reeived them the sizes were reversed. They were for me and my husband but it still is not what I expected.
Cute, compact and perfect for my needs. Added ornaments. Looks GREAT. Wish I could add a picture.

NOT funny you had HALF PRICE flash sale on my sprayer attachment the DAY AFTER I PAID for it? You COULD HAVE reimbursed me the difference, and the wait time for delivery was NOT pleasant, took forever.

The TrueTouch glove was not as great at removing shedding pet hair as was demonstrated. Everything else I ordered were for Christmas gifts and therefore have yet to be given.
You have good products, and prices seem to be less then other places.

The item purchased was not what I expected, and arrived in poor condition (bent). I have ordered other items previously and have always been satisfied. This time I was disappointed.
Site is well organized and you have unique merchandise which is priced reasonably. One item that was listed as in stock at the time of the order is no longer available and didn't ship, but I realize that can happen during holiday purchasing. Two other items are on back order, and Collections, Etc. continues to update me regarding the status. I have purchased from Collections, Etc. for years and have found their service, uniqueness and quality of merchandise, and prices to be outstanding. Always a 5 star company!
