I was pleased with my shopping experience at collections etc. The only thing I was disappointed by was the fit on the pocketed shawl. It was too short for my use. Fortunately, it was a good fit for my 10 year old granddaughter.

I have always been satisfied with items that I have ordered from Collections. I am still missing one item and I think it should be coming any day now.

These tiles were the 2nd package I purchased. They are exactly as shown and the shipping was excellent.

As usual our shipment arrived in plenty of time... which we thank you for! The 2 items we received were in good shape and easy to put together; however, 1 of the screws was missing so we had to go 'shopping' for a screw to fit the hole. Once that was done... all was in order and they look great at our front door.
