Had small bench thatch wanted
Very nice products, but the shipping department could use some work. When I received the box it was opened the tape did not hold the box closed. If I had more items in that box they would have fallen out for sure.

I really don't have much to complain about. One of the products I order is in back-order and when I received the first order in the packaging it mentioned this. I would have wanted to have known before I ordered the item that it was in back-order.
