Great prices and great products! One item was broken but I called & did not have to ship it back. They gave me a credit on my next order!

Please insure package arrives as I receive mail at a post office box, (P.O. Box 322, Roscommon, MI) but the order form would not accept a post office box address. The street address will work for U.P.S. Thank you.

My order was for two items: a yarn tote and oven rack guards. I'm happy with both items. The yarn tote is a good size; big enough to hold six skeins of yarn (even the big pound skein). The oven rack guards go on easily and snap into position. There was a slight odor the first couple times I used the oven. You do need to remove them if using the broiler. Overall I'm satisfied with both items.

Usually I love your products. However, the refrigerator trays were cracked when I received them and of inferior quality. Not like I expect from you.

The throw wasn't as thick as I would had liked it to be, but I loved the picture & verse on it.
