Product is good

I have purchased these products and am happy with them.

I am very happy with the purchases I made,especially the dragon garden statue, the only thing I was not happy about is the number of Items were on back order or unavailable. If the product is no longer available it should be taken off website.

The charges on credit card was not the same as my order. You made an error on the taxes and passed the increase on to me. When I called and even spoke to a manager, the extra cost was still billed to me. I feel it was your error and you should have absorbed the cost. This will be my last order from Collections Etc.

Love shopping with Collections ETC. I can find almost anything I need here and I don't have to leave home to buy them.

One piece is on back order. Other items are very nice.

Takes entirely too long to receive order. Some quality is lacking.

I am really happy with the overall watches I purchased. The only problems I had were that the watch battery died within 5 days of using the watch and originally the second watch was never sent. After contacting customer service they sent me the second watch.

Canceled order, 2 weeks later they're sending it. Charged me, now I must wait until I get the order then i have to call to make arrangement to have it picked up. Now I have to wait at least 2 weeks for a credit, because they messed up. Still waiting on 2 supervisor's to call back, never have. SHAME ON YOU!
