I ordered a lovely winter lighted canvas. It was on sale which made it even better. The item did not arrive here so I contacted customer service on their website three times with no response. Finally, I contacted them through FB and after a short wait, they replied that they were sending a replacement. I received it today and it is every bit as beautiful as the catalog picture, perhaps more so.
Ordering online at Collectionsetc.com is easy and the prices are certainly good. I have always been pleased with everything I have ordered. I think Customer Service needs to be more responsive and communicative and whatever delivery service they use should be re-thought, as they left my package on the street at the mailbox, exposed to several inches of snow and anyone who wanted to take it. I am used to having packages delivered to my door safely. Overall, however, I would definitely continue to order from collections.

Found just what I was looking for in the Southwest Aztec valance. Like all the southwestern items you have on site. Was disappointed with the initial shipment of Mole Remover as it was expired but now satisfied with the replacement shipment. Wish they had a better way to respond than Not responding immediately to an email. Thank you for the nice assortment of products in the catalog and online.
