Took longer to get here than expected.

Your website was easy to manipulate and I found what I was looking for quickly.

Quality of the slippers was not good. Ws notsatisfied with them. I sent them back on dec. 15 and called today, dec. 22, but they still haven't received the return.

We just made another purchase because we know the quality and products have satisfied us every time!

The item I wanted one of was discounted right on the front page of the website so I bought three of them. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant shopping experience. The Tree Dazzlers arrived precisely when CollectionsEtc said they would and when I put them on my tree my expectations were surpassed.

So far it was easy to follow, now if the rest goes as good as this I will be a happy customer. 1st. Time using this site.

I didn't realize that the sham wasn't a set of 2 so disappointed when only received one. Had to reorder another at higher price. Look nice & hope items don't shrink after washing.

Ordered the sifting cat box and it works great. Am actually thinking about ordering a second cat box. The first time I used it got confused and turned the tray the wrong way so that all the cat litter came out. I studied the instructions and once I put it right it works like a charm

The wrap that I purchased was too short for what I wanted. Since the shawl is not long enough, the pockets sit to high to be useful.

Very cute but very cheaply made. Berries fell off out of box. Snow man head made of styrofoam and very thin on one side. No timer so you have to turn off by hand and replace batteries often. I guess for $15 bucks what do you expect. Will enjoy it for now.

I love the products. Collections offer a wide variety of stuff. The prices are very reasonable. One disappointment was the glow in the dark snow flakes. They did not glow. That put a damper of my decoration theme. However, the other products were completely up to standards. I would shop again.

Simple and quick

I ordered a set of earrings for a gift which are very cute but never received them. However, after contacting the company they quickly reshipped the order and I received the earrings intact even though the box they were in was crushed! Thanks Again!

I received the Cardinal X-mas valance and was totally pleased. Price, quality and colors were excellent.
