I have been shopping at Collectionsetc.com for many years. I also shop with their catalog. I enjoy this store very much and have never had any bad issues. They are quick in shipping.
The zipper on one of the cushion covers was broken. I called to have a replacement sent to me but I still have not received it. I guess I will have to use it next Christmas!

My order was duplicated for some reason, and I received two of the same order. Upon receipt of the second confirmation email, I called and was told that the second order couldn't be cancelled and that the best anyone at the company could do was to send me a label with which to send the second shipment back. I got that label and returned the second shipment without delay and without opening the box. However in reading the instructions received with the label, I see that the company is going to charge me 7.99 for a "restocking charge" before they refund the cost of the second shipment.
These circumstances are why I have downgraded the rate, and why I will not order from this company again.
