My main complaint is that I had forgotten what I ordered and most companies will send you an email. I never received one except with an order number, and guess I got what I ordered and it was ok, and packaged very well.

I had an issue placing my initial order and was getting conflicting email feedback. So I called a representative, Dana, and she was able to clarify the problem advising that I needed to reorder my purchase.
Neglected to apply code. Service representative was cheerful and very helpful.

I contacted Customer Service that I was upset that I got 15% discount for signing up w/ email and then saw a banner for $2.99 shipping yet when I was trying to place the order I couldn't get it to take the shipping code. No way did it say only one code and that's all she allowed so you lost an additional $75 in product for false promotion let alone I see you add a processing fee. VERY VERY unhappy customer. I will be expressing my thoughts on social media etc. and probably not order again from you. I wouldn't even place this order but the doll was promised.
