I was confused with 'free shipping' and having processing fees added together. Confusing for an older person like me.

It took quite a few weeks to get this order (just received them 7/31/20) compared to previous orders.

One item was back ordered for just a couple of days

First time on this site. Received products and was very pleased with the color and quality of the fabric.

We returned most of the order. The brace was too small and the chair bolsters did not meet our expectations.

This price is a bit high. Then when adding taxes and shipping, well my Mother loves them and what can I say. She is pleased:-)

I have been a customer for several years. I enjoy everything I've bought. A couple of items were not quite right and return and replace was very easy.

Excellent! Collections has the most unique items that you can't get in any stores. I get comments on how beautiful some items are and how cute other items are. I'm so glad I found Collections again, I have many items I had gotten many years ago. That says a lot about the quality of Collection's products are!
