I received the products in good time, and the box was in great shape. I have not tried the product out yet but will do so before packing everything away for Christmas. I did buy solar lights so I will take them out to check them and the batteries!

I placed my first online order with Collections Etc. on December 30,2016. I received some of the items I ordered on January 12,2017. Unfortunately, when I received my Simply Fit Board the users guide and DVD was missing from the box. It was necessary for me to contact the Customer Service Department twice to receive updates on when I would receive both items. My experience with both Customer Service Agents was not very positive. They did not seem to care that an error was made in the warehouse when the items of my order were boxed and shipped to my home address. This may be my first and last order with Collections Etc.

Cover for love seat was too small. Not enough fabric to tuck in so, as soon as you sat on it it messed up

I have always appreciated prompt customer service if and when there is a problem. When I reported something as being defective, they courteously replaced that item with no questions asked, and the replacement I rec'd worked fine.
I enjoy browsing the website, looking for unusual items, scouring the site for deals, and I am practically always happy with my orders.
As a side note, Collections has the best variety of embroidered linens; they are quality linens that wash and dry perfectly, and I have purchased a variety of these for my home for different seasons and holidays.
