So nice and easy
Website is easy to navigate. The packaging was poor. The box came to my home open. The piece of tape was not stuck securely on the box. It was only one piece and it was attached on one side so the weight of the items pushed the box open one one side. There should have been packing material like brown paper. If I had ordered anything small it would have been lost in shipping.
The blinds were easy to install. Very happy with the product.

Ordered 2 paper towel holders. Really cute, however one had a broken piece. The box was in good shape, so it had to have been a "fluke". Glued it back together and no one will ever know.
