I always have a great experience shopping with Collections Etc. I wore my cold weather mask out today because I have COPD and a friend with asthma asked where she could get one so I got her one and me a spare because I am happy with mine.

All just fine except when I wanted to read the reviews for one of the items that only had 3 stars and it did not bring up the reviews when I requested to read them.

I've shopped with Collections before and have not had any problems. I have always been happy with the products I purchased.

The $20 rebate is as bad as a scam. I spend a lot of money on this site they offer you a rebate then you have to jump thru hoops to get it. I don't have time. No customer loyalty or appreciation value here.

Good. There were supposed to be two twin-size quilts and two shams. I received one twin-size and one full-size quilt and the two shams. I have decided I prefer the full-size better and have kept that quilt and the two shams. I have returned the twin-size quilt to be exchanged for another full-size quilt. I have not yet received notification that you have received that return or that my exchange has been shipped.
