Gutter cleaning wand does not generate enough water pressure to flush roof gutters, the hose wasn't one of the expandable hoses the description given coincided with, and there was a double charge on my credit card that I had to initiate action on as well as a shipping charge that I understood wouldn't be charged. The charges to my credit card are very difficult to identify to specific items and, all in, I feel like I've been 'scammed'. Sorry guys, maybe I just caught you on a bad day - nearly as I can tell the charges have been corrected but the merchandise, the wand and the hose, were not what I thought I was getting - misleading advertising for this old man's perception.
Every thing was ok but i got charged twice an had to wait over 2 weeks to get my money back..
I do like the items some things are worth getting, others not so much either to small or the colors are not right.i would buy from this company again site is easy to use also.
Items are not available when ordering shortly after they are advertised. I am waiting for an item that is on back order.

I received two of an item that I only ordered one off. And I received one of an item that I had ordered two of. When I called, the item that I wanted two, was out of stock. It is difficult to understand person on the phone because of their heavy accent.
