We rarely, in ever, have a problem with orders from Collections, and this order was no different. Two different sets of pillow shams, each in the designs and colours we wanted ~ a fabulous sale price and the usual on-time delivery. Voila!
Three times I had to change order code and still had to pay shipping
I was not able to use my 15% off discount for returning customers and then was charged a handling fee (?!). A few weeks after I ordered, some of the items I ordered were discounted further. Disappointed.i
