Was pleased with the order, the boxed nativity is beautiful it'll be a gift, the dogs toys could be made a little stronger but then again I have a large dog that's ruff and tuff with her toys the fryer rack for oven I really didn't think it would work but I was wrong.
Quality of clothing items did not meet my expectations and the quilt for the bed shrank considerably after the first washing.

Great. I'm always happy with my purchases from Collections, Etc. I have a PO box and it was shipped Fed Ex to the Post Office in my state and then delivered to my local PO. It seemed to take quite a long time...but finally made it.

Forgot my password, on my acct, never received e-mail with password.
Have not received refund from S & H since total Order was over $100.00--- Robe/too small while slippers that came with robe will not stay on feet, Short again with B/O and still has not arrived.
Collecions when I first started to purchase several years most always was very prompt with deliveries and had items in stock. Now it seems something is always on BO and takes much longer to receive order. I am finding I get better service in purching similar items from other catalogs and thinking about doing so.
