All was fine. Good product and delivered in a timely fashion.

I ordered a lavender valance and ended up with a yellow one. It took a long time to get too. I called to let you know, but the agent wasn't to swift to catch on. I doubt I'll use Collections again. The agent said they couldn't give me my money back, only a store credit. I'm sure you need the money! Bye.

Fall is here and I love to decorate with seasonal pillows and runners. Love this fall selection.

I gave the Christmas Tree plug-ins as gifts last year. All recipients sure liked their gift.

I received the mail late because of the holiday. I waited patiently.

My order was shipped on Aug. 26 and I did not receive it until Sept. 9. It was sent a round about way to get to my address. AND it was to be delivered by Sunday on Sept. 3. I was not happy.

Easy to place order, all items received as described, and delivery was prompt and well packed..

Advertisement stated free shipping. The package I received had invoice that included shipping charges. I called and was told that I would be refunded. NO ACTION SO FAR.
