Ordered two pet pads that my cat will not lay on. I'm assuming this is because there is a layer Of a rattly material inside them.

To be honest some things are a little over priced, but if you watch for the sale events you can get "good quality" items from this company. Take your time, watch for sales and you should be happy too.

I would have purchased more if I could have used my 15% off along with the free shipping.

There was a mix up with the original order but customer service quickly resolved it. I reordered the intended merchandise and it was quickly shipped. I was completely satisfied with the purchase.

Did not like after I confirmed the order that it was not available for shipment. On the first part of shipment an alternative product was sent without my knowledge. It would be better if we would know this, so if we want to change order.
