Few computer glitches, but delivery is timely and merchandise generally good

Shopping at Collections Etc is easy and the prices are excellent. I also have the Membership as well which allows me to save even more. I love their products.

Free shipping - I always have to drive 15 miles round trip to the post office to pick up. I live in a gated community, no curbside mail delivery.

The orthopedic gel cushion is next to worthless. Not wide enough and just had been used a couple of times and is flat already. I am pleased with the rest of the order.

I have shopped with Collections for several years. They always seem to have something unique that you don't find at Walmart. Very cute things, not very expensive, delivered quickly. They will back up their products if something is damaged in shipment, etc.

So far so good. I will see how the process goes when I receive my last item that has been on back order.

When entering credit card numbers you have to do it backwards as this system won't allow you to enter the correct way. Very frustrating.

A lot of us Seniors are on a very tight budget these days. Money wise the quality that we get from Collectionsetc means alot to us. I have to give them a star for a lot of the things that I buy. That's why I,ve been buying all my merchandise from them for all these years. Look forward every time my catalog come s to see what new things to buy. Thanks.
