I have rec'd one of the orders I placed, on Saturday (2/17). I did call originally as the order had been duplicated, and customer service said they deleted the duplicate order, but it wasn't cancelled. So I will be getting the duplicate order in probably any day now. There are notes in the order history of this duplication. I will call once I receive the second order so I can get a call tag and return the items not wanted. I will keep you posted.
The $2.50 processing fee was not explained anywhere except at time of order

Have ordered from Collections Etc. in the past and have loved the service and the quality items. I will have to say, I ordered a quilt quite some time back...1990's which was very superb with the design and the quality! I am still using it today! Sure wish I could find another one just like it!
