Unfortunately, your website does not work with AOL which I did not know, so it took me a very long time to try and add items to my cart. Once I went to internet explorer the process was easy. You should indicate on your website that AOL is not supported on your site as I almost gave up ordering from you. In fact, I haven't ordered for a long time due to not knowing this about your site.

Shipping is too high. Suppose to get free shipping and still there is a processing fee.

Returned Recliner chair cover as was not what was shown in catalog, no place to attach elastic straps to back of chair. Waiting for my refund which will be $7.99 less due to your policy. Very disappointed, cancelled account and future mailings.
