It was ok

I've always been happy with purchases. Only wish that free shipping would be offered after so many orders. I may then order more often. Especially, since I am a long standing customer.

I had a small problem typing information pertaining to credit card. Not sure if it was my device or your webpage.

Everything went very quickly from the order to delivery. This item is a good quality product. The only confusion is it's advertised that you can use any kind of utensil but when reading the paperwork it says not to use anything that could scratch it. So now I'm leery of what I use which was one of the reasons I bought it in the first place. Otherwise I have no issues with the product.

Nice variety of products - unique!

When you type in credit card numbers you have to do them backwards in order for it to come out right. It took me 30 minutes to realize this I almost canceled my order. Also free shipping has to be $45 or more no mention of this till you are in checkout. Don't like that!
