I have always been happy with any of my orders and plan to purchase in the future.

I am over all satisfied

As I said before: I received a wrong product, for the first time.

I was supposed to get free shipping on this order, but instead, it cost me over $10! And the box was opened when I received it.

If you advertise that shipping is free over $45. I think it should be applied even if using a percentage off. It didn't say you could only use one code until checking out.

Like collection etc products always a good selection also has reasonable prices

I was offered 15% off my first order, but then it wiped out the free shipping offer which was greater...so it gets you on their email list, but then isn't even a good offer.

An efficient website to order. One of my items was damaged and I receive excellent assistance in the help I received. I have been ordering from Collections for many years and have always been pleased with the products.

Don't understand why there is a processing fee charged? I feel it's a ploy to list a product at a low price and then hit the consumer with another $$ fee to make up the difference.
