I like the free shipping offer. I like the option of being able to enter the catalog number to search for the item. I really like being able to use Pay Pal to pay for my purchase. I was disappointed that the quilt was back-ordered and not arrive with the rest of the order. It was a birthday present and this delay caused it not to be available for the birthday.
