Website was easy to navigate and check-out was quick and easy. Items were delivered when promised. I'm still waiting for a back-ordered item which may not arrive until some time in May. The only thing I don't like about the emails is that you see "free shipping," but when you get into the email, it's not really "free" shipping. It's usually on a larger order (e.g., over $40)!
Knew what I wanted but had a hard time finding it because I couldn't remember exactly what it was called. When received, item was exactly what I wanted.
I ordered this item and a flashlight before Christmas, after I ordered it, 2-3 days later, I was told they were on back order and would not be shipped until 1-17-17 so I canceled the order. 3-4 days later I get a shipping confirmation that the flashlight was shipped, so I'am thinking my cancel did not go through. When I did not get a shipping confirmation on the 1-18-17,I called and was told the order had been canceled, so now I am reordering a Christmas present 2 months late. My old order #*******

Price was reasonable enough. There was a misunderstanding on my part about the number of shams in a set and I ended up with two sets. This further confused issues when the remaining valances were not received. A call to the Customer Service phone line corrected the valance issue and I've decided there is no reason not to have extra shams!
Nothing goes wrong shopping with Collections Etc. They offer products rare anywhere else and their prices are competitive. They may not be "AMAZON" in terms of product scope, but they are unique in what they sell in products and very dependable shipping those products ordered as promised, and free, depending on the terms offered per order. Loyal customer for over two years now and still happy with Collections Etc.

The covers were not that good - no way to keep them in place, especially on the foot rest part. Returned both and had a difficult time getting my refund - had to call/contact 3 times.
